Text of Complaint by Pankaj Gaur:

Dear sir/Mam,
I bought a plan of 175 INR from my registered number with TATA Play for there new service on TATA Binge. Which provide hotstar and Zee5 on web and app for 1 month subscription. But after one week still my zee5 is not activated by them. I have called two times to TATA play binge helpline but they didn’t resolve the issue and submit fake call closing report to there respective managers. They are looting costumers like me and there executives on calls are making fool to the costumers. I request to you please take necessary action against them according to consumer law.
