Text of Complaint by Malini Mohan:

From 3rd December I was receiving no signal message. On 6th December raised service request. Technician stated no issue with dish set up box needs to be replaced. Binge set up box given when we said Rs 1800 we cannot pay he said only box available now is this and we need not pay for binge apps if not needed. For last one month I have been contacting them to discontinue binge account and now they are asking me to pay Rs 750/month and no option to disconnect binge app
