I had raised request with TATA PLAY first on 1st-April-2022. Multiple complaints raised and these were closed without resolution. TataPlay executive calls and in between conversation disconnects the call and writes explanation customer is not reachable. Again I had to reach out to TATAPLAY and explain my issue again. I am not able to use Binge services more than a month and I was charged for the same. Please help to fix the issue and assist how can I get compensated for a unresolved issue pending more than a month.
