Text of Complaint by Ranjeet Kumar:

Hi Sir/Mam, I have TATA play binge+ subscription in Bangalore and after 1st month of subscription they have activated PRIME VIDEO for this month by their end without my information. However, i already have PRIME VIDEO separate subscription hence now 2 parallel subscription of PRIME VIDEO (1 on my phone number and other on my email Id) i connected with TATA PLAY customer support but they are not ready for refund. Kindly help.
