We have booked and paid all the bills for the TATA NEXON XZ+HS 2022 Model , but the car has not been delivered yet.
At Booking time, Car Dealer, KeyMotors, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore , has confirmed that I’m eligible for BH Registration then only i have processed the Loan from Bank of Maharashtra where i’m working now and all the payments have been done.
Now, they are saying that as per karnataka govt notification which was released in 2022 i’m not eligible for BH Registration and I need to pay the entire road tax which is around 2.5Lakhs. I have booked in Aug 2023 and he is claiming 2022 notification after Booking and all payments done.
Is this a trick to block the customer , such that they can sell the car anyway ?
If BH registration has not been confirmed by Key Motors then I might have booked from another car dealer where I can afford it or I could have taken another company car on my budget. .
Key Motors is saying like , let myself go for Legal Action on Commissioner for not approving for registration. We all know that it will take around 1yr to get an order from the High Court. So, that I will go for full Road Tax payment to avoid all these pressures. They made me go to the RTO office twice by taking leave from my office. so that I can feel pressured and take the car anyway.
Note: I will not pay a single rupee for the registration of the car now, the car dealer has to bear the entire money for registration as he is responsible for Fake Confirmation on Booking the Car. Now, there is no backing from the Loan process as I got it on a special scheme where EMI and interest rate is very low. I lose the chance of it if i go back.
PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST FAKE CONFIRMATION TO BLOCK THE CUSTOMER INORDER TO SELL THE CAR & THEY HAS TO BEAR ENTIRE ROAD TAX FOR THIS.
I want my car immediately.
