Last month only, I had shifted from Airtel to Tata Sky and in month only I had such a bad experience. At the time of installation technician got activated Binge without my permission and at that time INR 600 got deducted from my account, for that I had filed the complaints vide no. 3Q9JORDC and one other also. But my subscription was not cancelled and INR 300 refunded out of INR 600.
I had logged in only once on this tataplay binge app on 05.08.2022 and that to just to cancel the subscription of the Binge. I had received the text message and on the app also, it says that your subscription will be cancelled on billing cycle i.e. on 11.08.2022. But I have received message that your Binge subscription has been renewed and INR 299 has been deducted from my account. The screen shot of message received and app status is attached for your reference. I had again filed the complaint with Tataplay Binge vide complaint no. 3RTVDRRW and e- mailed with all details on 12.08.2022. When no response was received I again called twice and it was informed to me that your complaint has been closed and new complaint has been registered vide no. 3RU11F9O, but still no refund was received in my Tataplay account and it’s been over 10 days now. I had stopped all the services from my Tataplay account now.
Please help in this regard as the company is not responding and deducting charges.
