On 19th August, 2022 i have given them a blood sample for Bile Acid Total, serum in Tata 1mg lab test. As per the norm they advised to wait for 96hours to get the reports. After 4 days when i contacted them they are now informing us that the sample was hemolyzed and require to take sample again.
Which means the sample recollection and report generation will again take another 4days that totals 8days. I am already facing liver issue and this report was so so important to consult doctor.
This has risked my health. They have not provided me report nor informed us prior about the sample glitch. I am already going through low blood level as well. Even a single blood collection would lead me time to recover and they have carelessly handled.
I want justice on this behaviour.
