Hi Team,
I would like to inform you that I have received below mentioned message on 13/Feb/2019 evening form Vodafone Idea that my INR 99 postpaid rental plan will get changed to Red Basic Plan.
I want to know the reason of sending this message to me cause neither I have asked Vodafone Idea to change my current plan nor I have given right/authority to Vodafone Idea to change my basic rental plan to higher rental plan without my permission.
I don’t use this number much but still I am paying off rental of INR 120 or sometime more than that to Vodafone Idea unnecessarily but changing this plan to higher rental will not work at all and I will go ahead and port this number immediately to Relaince Jio or any other service provider.
