Complaint is about to change the post paid plan to pre paid plan last 4days daily im going to the vodafone store in the TTK, Alwarpet,chennai and the counter staffs are telling different reasons and ask me to bring different documents i am very much frustrated and i am going to cancel this vodafone connection because of this reason. Servicing the customer is very worst i have never seen any where.
