I ordered diamond studded gold earrings from Tanishq website. I was charged Rs. 5817/gm when the gold rate they advertise on their web site is Rs. 5396. The purchase was done on 24th July 2024. I have complained to customercare@titan.co.in, ecomsupport@titan.co.in. Have also called customer care line but got no proper answer. Also complained on X (social media), just got an assurance that they are looking into it. Ticket number is TKT-0034552257 and my order no. is SFTQ000142537″
