Text of Complaint by Kamlesh Kumar Pant:

I place an order of Seagate Expansion for Windows and Mac with 3 years Data Recovery Services – Desktop 10 TB External Hard Disk Drive (HDD) (Black) with order ID(OD331009968624881100) on 17.04.2024. After I checked the product it look like old and used product with missing data cable and user Manuel. I raised a replacement complaint with all relevant images of the product. One of the member of Flipkart customer care team suggest me to go to Brand Office for checking of the product. The Brand office engineers told me that this product is tampered, and original part replaced with some defective items. They give me a letter regarding this product. I share same letter with defective product images with Flipkart. But after so long of this practice Flipkart is still not able to replace the defective product. Every time they give me a new date for resolve this matter. It’s been more than one month and i didn’t received any replacement or refund from Flipkart.
