The order of OnePlus Watch Moonlight Silver of Rs. 13999 was made on August 22, 2022 and the delivery man delivered the package on August 24, 2022. The package was received by my mother. When I received the package and opened it, I found the Red box non-laminated. I doubted a bit but then too I opened it and found no watch and charger inside. Only manuals and warranty card were there inside the box. I immediately made a complaint on Amazon, they said they will resolve it by August 30, 2022 only. But on that day even they didn’t bother to revert by their own. When I contacted them again they replied they cannot help me because they have sent it packed and checked.
They discouraged me to make an FIR and report to the Police station even. They have cheated me.
