I have a wallet ballance of Rs. 94351 in talkcharge ewallet as on date. The app restricts me from using this wallet money. Furter it blackmails me saying I must pay them Rs. 17,999 to use my money from the wallet.

i am Also Facing the Same Problem. Customer Care is not Responding, Transaction is going to Failed, 20% Continence Fees Charges. Instead of it is failed it is Not Refunded. Any Alternate Solution, Compliance Authorty
