This is my 2nd complaint about TalkCharge in this forum.
I am surprised by the state of affairs this company is running it’s operations.
Totally scam and day is not far they will run away with all the money of customers. First they run offers to add money in the wallet by promising monthly cashbacks.
Customer is allowed to use only cashback amount so as to receive cashback next month too.
But now they don’t even let people recharge for even a small recharge value of INR 155 or lesser
Frustrated and disappointed, I must submit that this is torturing and harassment of customers where this company TalkCharge is duping everybody and making a joke about online wallet.
Have followed up with them on email and phone calls but to no avail. Their customer care neither responds to emails nor on WhatsApp.
Cell no. Provided to contact us always switched off.
Kindly take strictest action and help people get their moneys back.
