Text of Complaint by Kupoluyi Akinwumi:

On Monday 19 October 2020, recharging card of was 1,000 naira was erroneously sent to my account when I don’t know where it come from. Same Monday 19 October 2020, I use it to subscribe for a data and after that, on Tuesday 20 October 2020, the data was taking away by Airtel. On Tuesday 20 October 2020, I subscribed for another another 1,000 after they have taking away the one erroneous sent to me. On 21 October 2020, I discovered that the data I recharged for was also taking away. On the same day,  I contacted Airtel customer service and complain about this, and there reply was they are working on it to return my data, throughout thatday the data was not retuned to me. On 22 October 2020, I also call to let them know that, the data have not be returned to me, the lady then told me that someone is working on it. Until now been 26 October 2020, the data have not be returned to me. It very easy for Airtel to take off there data or money but to return customers data is so difficult for you people to do for past a week now. This is very disappointing. I’m disappointed in you people.
