I am having water leek issue and services guys visited house and they mentioned door rubber is gone need to replace which cost 3390 inr and i asked it’s more cost why not included in warranty but response from customer was inappropriate so i was not having an ny other options except paying huge cost, after that again service man said one more rubber product damaged which cost 980 again no option rather paying it. So my question is why huge cost meterials not included in warranty.
