1 .l have purchased attached lenova laptop from flipkart.
I did not receive any windows, Ms office key for activation. For windows activation product key is required. I did not receive yet . Same for MS office and anti virus software . From my end I tried to connect to lenova customer care , no response.
2.As per guideline, technician visit should happen before replacement. Why it does not work here.Only flipkart customer care told me given 1by 1date for tech visit. Now i can see replacement is here after 20days.
3.product replacement not shipped yet, even though I told that i will travel to my job location .My job is in risk ,applied lots of leave for this product.
Product is also available. Till i am suffering
5. Demo and installation cancelled by flipkart and not shared product key with me.After replacement who will provide the activation key to me.
5.I have sent mail multiple times to flipkart no proper action .Because flipkart is thinking after going to my job location , i will keep the product.
6.After transferring the call, my call is not responding from flipkart.
7.After buying the product , i got lots of pain , my salary i lost , not able use laptop.But flipkart seller ,did not care.who will compansate this damage.
9.Why such type of harashment , some time i am thinking , if you are buying some costly product from flipkart , they will force you to sucide.
