Text of Complaint by Yogesh:

I order a refrigerator from samsung shop on 14 August 2022 which should be delivered on 19 August but it’s been late for 4 days now. Since last 2 days it’s shows that product is out for delivery but I still haven’t received it.I contacted samsung customer care regarding this several times in last 4 days but they keep saying that your product will be delivered today from last 4 days
