Text of Complaint by Akhilesh M Nair:

Airtel customer service was completely made unavailable during lockdown. Consumers were not abled to raise a complaint. Even bill were not generated properly. This is not acceptable from such a giant organization. Kindly look into this as they caused trouble to multiple consumers.
