Hi,
I have given complaint for Connection issue.but they have charged for Relocation as my Address(Latest) is not updated in tatasky account.
One year ago i have called to tatasky customer care for relocation and one of the technician came and re-configured it, at that time they charged relocation price.but not changed the address in my account.
But this time they are saying your address is not updated, due to this we are charging for relocation price(300) for connection issues & Customer care executive said amount is not refunded.
How they charged for relocation twice on same address.I don’t understand their behavior & how they are fooling customers.

Hi, we understand your concern. As per our company policy, these services are chargeable.
i know the service is Chargeable. but why you are charging relocation price if there is not done any relocation. is this your policy to take the high amount for just checking the connection issue.i clearly mentioned to your executive that its only connection issues not relocation or anything. How many times you should charge for relocation.
