Text of Complaint by Vibhor Lohani:

I ordered food from Domino’s using the Zomato app on 25th Nov, 2020 at 02:04 A.M. The order was not delivered, DOmino’s was not reachable by me and even by the Zomato Customer Care. After some time (approx 04:00 AM) the status was changed to delivered on the ZOmato app whereas in reality the order never got delivered to me.

I reported the issue to Zomato CC and they said that resolution would happen within 24-48 hours. And I kept on following with Zomato CC for the same constantly but each time I used to get the same response that Domino’s would resolve the issue within 24-48 hours.

In reality, no one ever called me (neither the Domino’s nor the Zomato) for the resolution till date. I am amazed by the responses of ZOmato CC, as they say that they can’t do anything as order was from Domino’s, I kept on saying them that I had placed order from Zomato and not Domino’s then why would I expect Domino’s to resolve the issue.

Kindly help me in getting the resolution. Now this has become more then just getting the refund amount, as I have wasted a lot of time and effort on the same.
