My order id. With flipkart is OD116353136769837000 and my plan ID is JPPOFFK2322282. This is the complete mobile protection plan which i have purchased from flipkart with my phone on dated 25-08-2019 for my mobile redimi k20 pro.in this plan if any damage occur to my device they will repair it free of cost under this plan with a file charge only that is 1500 (one time). I have done the 1500 payment and also all the formalities on 10 June 2020 and i got the confirmation from Jeeves that is parental company of flipkart that your device will be pickup in 5 days but today is 21 July but my mobile is not yet picked up and repaired . They said that they arranged pickup one time by bluedart but no one gave contacted me from blur dart. I contacted flipkart several times also jeeves several times on mails and calls they kept on saying we have escalated the issue but i didn’t get any update till now .i i request you to please look into my issue and take action against flipkart as this plan is offered by them and they own this company.also my phone warranty is about to expire August next month after that i can’t do anything. So. Please look into the issue. I have also attached the screenshot of the mail which i got from Jeeves that they will pickup the device
