I live in Siliguri. I went to a cafe named Berlin Kaffeehaun at City Center, Siliguri, West Bengal, Pin- 734010. On 10.07.22, I have ordered a 500 ml mineral water bottle of kinley which has a rate of INR 10 shown in the neck of the bottle. But they charged me INR 21. When I oppose they told me it is their operational charge and GST charge. So I want to lodge a complaint against it. As I know we only need to pay the original price of the water bottle. Please take a action against it.
