Wood land packers and movers

I availed moving services from Woodland Logistics Packers and Movers, Andheri, Mumbai, and paid ₹3103 for delivery to Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh (230001). However, they have not paid their third-party partner, Delhivery, and are now demanding an additional ₹1900 from me. This is unfair, as I already settled the agreed amount. I request immediate clarification and resolution, failing which I will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities.
