Text of Complaint by Satyam Pandey:

I availed moving services from Woodland Logistics Packers and Movers, Andheri, Mumbai, and paid ₹3103 for the complete delivery to Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh – 230001. However, despite receiving full payment, they have not paid their third-party delivery partner, Delhivery, and are now demanding an additional ₹1900 from me. This was never mentioned earlier, and I believe this is an unfair and unethical practice. I have proof of my payment and expect them to fulfill their responsibility. Since they are refusing to resolve the issue, I am filing a formal complaint to relevant authorities to take action against this malpractice.
