I recharged my Vodafone mobile no. after a few days for Rs 199. Due to high access fee ( Rs.166.81)+ GST (Rs 30.36), the balance is reduced to Rs. 0.7. Kindly fix this as soon as possible.   High access fee was last modified: March 25th, 2019 by Consumer Court
