We had never chooses any access for games and videos but the charge of accessing Rs.7.00,15.00,5.00 had been deducted regularly from past three months.I want strict action to be taken against the company or whoever done this. Please make sure that i got my money back.

Vodafone has deducted Rs.15 from my available balance for bcafe portal without my consent. I haven’t opted for such service from Vi.
