I am unable to use the data services of vodafone.so many other network related problem occurs to me so i cant talk to my customers in my business. My racharge is deducted everyday because of network adds during use of internet. Without any touch on adds services are activate. I contacted to vodafone everyday for refunding my deducted balance. And today again same situation is occurred so i concted vodafone again. So Vodafone representative doesn’t refund my balance. So i told him to transfer my call to his senior but he doesn’t transfer my call and i also asked him for sharing his name details so he doesn’t share it.
