Vi is deducting my account balance by automatically subscribing to “Contakt Gaming Service”. I tried unsubscribing the service from VI App, but I don’t see any option to unsubscribe. VI charging Rs 25 for Contakt gaming service which I never subscribed was last modified: February 5th, 2023 by Consumer Court

I got sms from VZ-ViCMS on 10 Aug 2022 I.e. Hello! Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games, You have been charged Rs. 25.
