I have 2 issues..with regards to validity of connection.i paid full amount but I did not get the validity as it is supposed to be. Just recently also I recharged on 13th April and validity is on 22nd April and now my connection got disconnected as I do not have sufficient balance??????I wrote several times to customer care to which is did not get any positive response to my greivenances..Is a day light robbery and cheap way of cheating your subscripers.i am still awaiting for response and clear my greivenances at the earliest
