I had booked a MST ticket of Rs 495 from dausa to Jaipur. Transaction was done from Google pay and was successful. However, ticket didn’t show in Book ticket. Git fined because of app failure

I have added 500 rupees in the wallet but afterwards the money got deduct from my bank account but In the R wallet it’s shows recharge initiated .I want my money back .
