Usthana.com online shopping

We booked a saree in Usthana online shopping.After coming of parcel and before paying cash to delivery person un expectedly a small bit of the paper parcel was teared and found a duplicate saree in the parcel. Then we have verified the usthana website mail and phone numbers which was not responding. We concluded that it was fake and returned the parcel immediately. Filing this complainant for useful to others and request to take steps.laint for
