Trishumba

I attached photos of the delivered goods and its invoice. I paid 1,738/- prior to inspecting the product, but as you can see, the product delivered are different from what was stated in the invoice. I tried the procedure of requesting refund by sending an email, but the provided email was not found. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help in getting refund of 1,738/- and also I would like to file the complaint against “https://trishumba.shop/” website.
