I have booked Air ticket from Trichy to Mumbai on 28/07/2021.but ticket not booked.They told me to refund within 14 days. But many times I talked to customer care but nothing happened They didn’t refund me Refund amount of not booked tickets was last modified: December 1st, 2021 by Consumer Court

Fraud company i am waiting for my refund amount 3400rs from 2months still not refunded. Same experience i have done as like other once tickets booked immediately received call for cancellations saying that rates will be increased and try again, your money will be back in next 7-10 working days.still i am waiting for money. Its been 3 months n i m continously following up with the customer care team for the refund amount but everytime they are putting up excuses n buying time.
