on 21st August the ticket was booked from Vishakhapatnam to Bangalore in Travel look website. However, AirAsia has cancelled the ticket. when i spoke to Customer service they said with in 48hours will get the refund. That 48hours became 1 month and then 2months. i have been calling on 0124-643-4800 but they keep saying every time i have to wait for another 7-10 business days. Today also i called but they again told me to wait another 7-10days. They promised i will get the refund by last month it self . Now, its October month and for sure they will take long time and will not get refund. i don’t trust that website anymore they are not professional not they know how to speak with customers. please do the need ful, they don’t have even respond to my emails
