Touch rupee pvt ltd(rubik pay)

Few days before I had installed the touch rupee app for an enquiry, how to get loan but without informing me they have send me (2100+2100)=4200/- in my account for 7 days now they want some 7000 /- rupee this is the complete fraud. Please take some action.
