I want to register a complaint regarding a wrong product delivered to me. Order ID: TPN1417407256 COD Amount: ₹1,079 Seller: The Opulent Nest Courier: XpressBees I ordered a Handpainted Necklace Set, but a completely different/wrong product was delivered. The parcel was opened at the time of delivery, and I immediately found that the product was incorrect. I have photos/videos of the wrong product, parcel and shipping label as proof. I tried contacting the seller, but their contact number is not working and there is no response to my email. Please register my complaint and help me with the return pickup and refund process. That’s clearly a wrong-product delivery. Since you ordered a hand-painted necklace set but received rocks and a small chain-like item, you should request a return and full refund/replacement.
