Connection was shifted, Tatasky informed no shifting charges for us. Technician installed, informed us to pay 300/- in cash for some adopter was installed. Accordingly we paid, later Tatasky deducted the same amount from our account. The complaint was lodged but without cconsulting it was closed with the reason yesterday no one received the call at our end whereas at the time of lodging the complaint we informed no unregistered call is received at our end and it automatically drops hence please sms us prior to the call so that call could be received. Now they say they don’t have any such provision whereas this was not informed when the complaint was being made. Requested to please resolve the matter. Thanks
