I booked bus ticket on redbus. From Amritsar to Ajmer. Gave full amount in advance, but just before the time of departure the bus operator told me your bus is cancelled. Redbus took money at the time of booking and not telling bus is cancelled was last modified: December 23rd, 2022 by Consumer Court

Ashok travels a service provider listed on REDBUS cheats customers. Shows front seats on the app and provides back seats while check in. Redbus is unsupportive on the issue.
