My myntra account has been deactivated past raising a return request. Its 7th March 2023 today, I received a wrong product and raised a return request on 28th February 2023, the pickup wasn’t scheduled till 7th of march. In the app, I raised a complaint for the same, but it was not resolved yet from 28th to 7th!!!! I called the customer care multiple times to complaint the same to them. They only extended the date of resolving the problem and made false promises and the issue wasn’t resolved yet. The product costed me 1100rs and it was a wrong dress- different color and size. I tried logging in today i.e. 7th march and I couldn’t log in and it says that my account is deactivated due to security reasons. I called the customer care and they said that there was no reason mentioned on his end as to why my account was deactivated but the issue will get resolved till 9th march. Again a false promise date. Idk if it’ll get resolved. Myntra ate up my money.
