My myntra account has been deactivated past raising a return request. I received a wrong product and raised a return request , In the app, I raised a complaint for the same, but it was not resolved yet , called the customer care multiple times to complaint the same to them. They only extended the date of resolving the problem and made false promises and the issue wasn’t resolved yet. The product costed me 1100rs and it was a wrong dress- different color and size. I tried logging in and I couldn’t log in and it says that my account is deactivated due to security reasons. I called the customer care and they said that there was no reason mentioned on his end as to why my account was deactivated but the issue will get resolved byt Again a false promise date. Idk if it’ll get resolved. Myntra ate up my money
