I had ordered a white top of brand called off label from myntra. Instead , the top that was delivered was a blue top florals. In good faith thinking that Myntra must have sent by mistake, I raised a return request quoting reason that wrong product delivered. The delivery executive came and asked me that what is the issue, I told him that product is wrong. He took the product. Now Myntra has rejected my return request, saying that product quality issues. I had raised multiple complaints with them.They have rejected my return despite of my efforts. This is a very smart tactic used by myntra to exploit the innocent customers.order ID- 116976888842617716503
