Mobikwik & It’s associate [ TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ]

Dear sir I have never taken any loan from TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED but in my Cibil report showing a saction amount 2000 and among which I had used a limit of 7128 Rupees . How is this possible
