Kopp jodhpur

I am trying to add my restaurant to zomato, I already submitted my all documents to zomato on 20th of March 2021, but they not added my restaurant added yet,and also not giving me answer,the jodhpur dist. Office in rajasthan state ,country India I already called to jodhpur staff 100 times,but he is not picking up my phone
