airtel and Jio are not allowing users to send SMS from the main balance. They are forcing the customers to get the unlimited plan to use SMS service, without that they would not allow SMS service even if we have the main balance. Have installed jio fiber broadband on 9.6.2021. The company assured that if i want to uninstall the same within 28 days, i shall be refunded all money deposited to them i.e Rs.1500/-.
