Jio sim service

Hello, , I am Mala Saha, Dhulian Murshidabad, West Bengal. Pin number 742202 Today I ported a SIM, from Airtel to Jio in your company But the SIM store or provider here, instead of porting the SIM card, charged me 250 taka. Where as per your service, there is no charge for porting the SIM card. There this charge, only taken., I want a solution to this problem and I am filing a complaint against it. If no action is taken, then I will be forced to file a case in the consumer court.
