When I took the sim they availed me lifetime validity, but suddenly cheated me and forced me to do a validity recharge to extend the deadline. Kindly go through it and do a favor to us, in regard of all the Idea customers. Outgoing recharge was last modified: December 4th, 2018 by Consumer Court

When idea anounces that validity of prepaid sim card is lifetime but now onwards they are saying you have to recharge for availing outgoing and incoming facility That is purely they are cheating with customer So please resolve problem.
