HTC India

HTC India Service Center forced me to take the different model number while my phone was not working.Now from last 1.5 years they are not ready to provide my original HTC 816 Dual SIM phone.Now I am using HTC Desire 820 which produces too much heat,even its not working really bad,also my life is in danger because of the phone,already sent many mails,sent the notification to Gurgaon Head Office also but still they are not ready to provide my Original Phone.Please help me to get the refund as I am facing with mental pressure and have spent lot of time and money in all.
