Before 2 years and 2 months purchased HTC phone and after few days it was working really bad,went to the service center and told me that will take 10 to 12 days but I was not able to leave my p hone as they were not ready to Provide the backup phone.Again after few days went to the service center and then I have submitted phone,again they took lot of time but at that time what they did,they have replaced my phone model for time being I accepted also I understand company concern but the same point of time requested to those people to provide me the same model phone so they told me that phone was out of work even was easily available on e commerce websites.

> Used the changed model phone for few days but it was working really bad also this phone have different features which I am not comfortable,mark many mails to provide my same phone,made so many calls at customer care even went to the service center but they were not ready to provide my original model phone also they told me that phone model was out of stock even phone was easily available in market and e commerce websites.

> I was really mentally tortured by all these.

> Again before a month in September 2016 mark a mail to head found email id from Google and they chased me on mails and calls as they promised me help but at the end they told me that they will not replace the phone either they will not repair this existing phone or if I want to repair also then in that case it will be on changeable basis from service center which is completely illogical ,I am really tired and mentally tortured by these people.
