On the day of delivery, the delivery executive requested payment before handing over the parcel. As I had ordered a size 7 for the shoes, I received a pair in size is not fit . It has been 8 days since the cancellation of my order, and I have not yet received the refund. According to your policy, this matter should have been resolved by many date comes , but it remains unresolved.they can not pass my return request . Many time rejected my return by the seller. Please you contact the seller and resolved my return refund.
